But the Bitterroot Valley is much more than just fly fishing, with hidden treasures found in the charming small towns that line the valley, and some of the most spectacular hiking you’ll find anywhere. After your fly fishing adventure, spend another day with your friends exploring all that the Bitterroot has to offer, and cap off your trip with a memorable meal on us at one of our favorite local eateries.
And as you wind down from your daily adventures, you are sure to enjoy your authentic, fully equipped Montana cabin. What a way to spend a few days with those that mean the most to you.
Day 1
Arrive in Montana and check in at your beautiful Montana cabin anytime after 4:00 p.m. Explore the area and get your gear in order. Tomorrow morning your fly fishing adventure begins.
Day 2
Meet up with your guide and head out for a full-day guided fly fishing float trip on the Bitterroot River. Experience some of the best fly fishing Montana has to offer on one of the most scenic rivers you will find anywhere. After your day of fishing you can enjoy one of many wonderful restaurants in the area, or you can prepare your own meal in the fully equipped kitchen in your cabin.
Day 3
You’ll have lots of choices of how to spend your day. Head out to the river for some wade fishing on your own, or experience one of the dozens of awe inspiring hikes or drives in the Bitterroot Valley. There are several charming small towns to explore with lots of shopping and sights to see, and many cultural attractions to fill your day. Have dinner on us at one of our favorite local restaurants using your dining certificates, and return to relax at your cabin with your friends.
Day 4
Pack up your gear and check out of your cabin by 10:00 a.m. Your trip may be coming to an end, but your love affair with the Bitterroot Valley has just begun. We’ll see you again next year!
What We Provide
3 nights of lodging in a deluxe Montana cabin including all fees and taxes, 1 full-day professionally guided fly fishing float trip with riverside lunch and beverages, fishing gear if needed, and a $30 local dining certificate for each person.
What You Provide
Montana fishing license (available online here ), meals other than lunches on the river, appropriate footwear for fly fishing (no studded boots please), rain gear, brimmed hat, polarized sunglasses, sunscreen. We’ll send you a complete checklist upon booking.
